After 2 years of collective research & editorial work, I am very happy to announce that we will release the bilingual book "VISCERAL FICTION - Im_Flieger schreibt Geschichten" at Monochrom this Saturday. The book is about the utopia and reality of free cultural production, the necessity of nurture and off-spaces, artistic work and freedom. In a very specific collective process we called the "detective bureau" our team of 6 editors complied a very innovative and joyful publication about the various wonderings of performance and trans-media art in "our" neoliberal time characterized by growing (ecological & economic) precariousness.
The book can now be ordered via Monochrom. This Saturday we will celebrate a release party with various contributions at the current Im_Flieger space in Bräuhausgasse 40, 1050 Vienna. I will also DJ for the occasion - for the first time in two years! :)
